Sleep Learning Implementation Support Plan
The Sleep Learning Implementation Support plan includes a 60 minute Sleep Foundations Google Meet video call to dive into your baby's current sleep foundation, conduct a thorough diagnostic assessment, and discuss developmentally appropriate strategies to implement aligned to your family’s priorities for sleep learning.
You’ll receive a customized Sleep Learning plan within 48 hours and one week of text support included after our meeting to troubleshoot implementation, do check-in’s for progress, and assist with developmentally appropriate scheduling tweaks.
Accelerated Sleep Foundations
In this 60 minute call we’ll dive into your baby's current sleep foundation, conduct a thorough diagnostic assessment, and discuss developmentally appropriate strategies to implement aligned to your family’s priorities for sleep learning. Four days of text support and a customized sleep plan are included with this package.
Sleep Foundations
In this 30 minute call we’ll dive into the basics of your baby's current sleep and discuss developmentally appropriate strategies/schedules to implement aligned to your family’s priorities for sleep learning.
SOS Sleep Support
SOS text sleep support is available when it seems like sleep is falling apart and you have a rapid need for professional assistance. Once you select this plan, I’ll text you right away to get the details and get to work (regardless of timezone and time of day/night).
